THE SERVICE LEVELS
Service that is appropriate for a bike which was serviced or purchased in the last 3 months (750km). There should be no known issues, and the bike should be reasonably clean. This is the service we perform for free, within 30 days of a bicycle purchase. Hourly additional labor (beyond 1 hour) may be charged.
This is for the bike who has no known issues, but has not serviced the bike in the last 6 months (1500 km). There should be no known issues. Suitable for heavy rider with a need for more wheel service. Hourly additional labor (beyond 2 hours) may be charged.
This is for the customer with known issues with shifting or brakes, in need of specific replacement parts, or who has not serviced the bike for 1 year or more (2500 km). The bike should not be heavily corroded, but may be dirty. Hourly additional labor (beyond 3 hours) may be charged.
This is for the bike which requires special care. This can be because it is a unique bike, or because the condition is especially worn. This is also applicable to a frame build. The bike will be stripped to the frame and reassembled to factory specification. Hourly additional labor (beyond 4 hours) may be charged.

- Service prices are exclusive of parts.
- We reserve AED 150 additional to quoted price for additional unforeseen parts.
- A 50% service surcharge will be applied when we install parts purchased elsewhere.
- In case additional work becomes necessary, we will consult the customer before we proceed.
- It is our policy that we will not perform partial repairs or assemble of a bicycle where the bicycle would remain un-roadworthy.
- Late collection of repaired bike will incur storage fees.
