Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time (Excluding Bikes)
  • We aim to have all orders processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Spin Cycle Works will always try its best to make sure that your order is delivered to you as soon as possible, but times can get busy. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will be sure to contact you via email or telephone and let you know when you can expect your items.
Shipment Processing Time (For Bikes)

Different items will have different processing times, this is especially the case with bikes where each bike will be individually assembled and checked by a fully-qualified mechanic before being shipped to the customer. Our Customer Care team will be in contact with you on each bike purchase.

  • Please note that at the moment we only deliver the bikes fully assembled in Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain. For the rest of UAE the bikes are delivered in box and must be assembled by a bike mechanic.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
  • Delivery dates and charges are not fixed, therefore they are subject to change depending on the location of delivery.
  • Delivery for an order value greater than 500 AED is free within UAE.
  • For orders with a value of lesser than or equal to 500 AED a delivery charge will be applicable which will be shown during checkout process.
Delivery Timeframes
  • While we strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, please note that deliveries to out-of-city limit areas may require additional time.
  • The delivery timeframe will depend on various factors such as distance, shipping partner availability. Rest assured that we will make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible.

  • Orders can be picked up Monday – Saturday: 10:00 – 13:00 and 16:30 – 20:00 and Sunday: 16:30 – 20:00. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
  • When you arrive at the store, please bring a copy of your order confirmation email and a valid ID for verification.
  • If someone else will be picking up the order on your behalf, please provide them with a copy of the order confirmation email and a written authorization letter from you.
  • Once the order is ready for pick-up, we will hold it for up to 7 days. If you are unable to pick up your order within 7 days, please contact us to arrange an alternative pick-up time. If we do not hear from you within 14 days of the initial pick-up notification, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund.
Local Courier Shipping:

At the moment we do not deliver outside UAE.

  • Next-Day deliveries can only occur when orders are placed before 12 pm. If the order is placed after 12 pm then Next-Day Delivery can not be guaranteed.
  • Next-Day deliveries are only considered for business days, not weekends or public holidays.
  • Next-Day deliveries can only happen within the city limits of Ras Al Khaimah.
  • Next-Day deliveries may not include bikes.
Notes:
  • While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timeframes, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or other unexpected delays may affect delivery times.
  • If no one is available to receive the order, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Additional charges may apply for subsequent attempts.

Cancel Orders

You may request to cancel your order if the order is not dispatched. Please check your order status on the website and then contact us at support@scw.bike.
